We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated Admin Coordinator to support our busy Styling and Interior Design teams at our Banksmeadow office.
About the Role
As an Admin Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to support person across a range of office coordination and job-related tasks. From managing job packs to assisting with customer enquiries and keeping the office running smoothly — you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our day-to-day operations stay on track.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing inbound calls, messages and email/web queries
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable support
- Preparing styling folders in line with service delivery requirements
- Assisting clients with quote acceptance and payments
- Coordinating internal office events (birthdays, farewells etc.)
- Keeping the office neat, tidy and professional
- Distributing promotional materials as requested
- Attending and taking minutes at sales and operational meetings
- Supporting the sales and operations teams as needed
- Manage office supplies including inventory and orders.
Key Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in an admin or coordination role
- Great communication skills – friendly, professional and confident
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- A current driver’s licence
