About The Role

You will add incredible value through:

  • Take ownership of the client experience, ensuring excellent customer service by greeting high-end clients, such as architects, interior designers, and home renovators that visit CDK’s brand new, custom designed showroom.
  • Assisting our Sales Representatives and being available to take customers through the showroom when required.
  • Keeping track of appointments for the day and week ahead.
  • Answering incoming phone calls from customers and directing their enquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Ordering showroom and warehouse stationery supplies, reconciling sales and credit card receipts, completing bank deposits and completing data entry.
  • Hosting clients whilst they are onsite by making them coffee with our dedicated machine, which you will be trained on, so barista experience isn’t necessary
