Description
We are looking for an experienced customer service person to work full-time in our Marrickville Showroom, guiding customers and wholesale clients through artwork selections, custom framing consultations, in a friendly and educated manner.
We manufacture all framing and print artworks on site, by hand, and have an enormous selection of artwork which can be customised with size and framing options.
In-house training will be provided and as such, eagerness to learn is essential.
We are looking for someone who thrives on interacting with people with care, humour and professionalism.
This position's main focus is customer service, however, other tasks include:
- Answering emails and liaising with clients.
- Invoicing and processing incoming orders
- Experience with Shopify and Xero is preferred but not essential as in-house training will be provided.
- Following up on customer orders, creating a communication link between front of house and production to ensure all orders are delivered on time.

- Shows clear decision making and problem-solving skills
- Is highly organised, easily adaptable and can work without supervision.
