Description
We are looking for an experienced designer with qualifications in AutoCAD, design, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Programs, including outlook, excel, word, etc. It would be advantageous if you have used & familiar with SAP Business One.
You will assist the Sales team with providing drawings through Autocad and other software, source pricing from preferred vendors, supporting the sales team with presentations and other means and accurately, drafting quotations & creating the paperwork required to execute a job or project efficiently and effectively.

Job Summary
- Design application solutions using Miller Knoll, Framery & other product to suit client requirements.
- Accurate product lists for quoting and preparation of documents for ordering.
- Maintain and update drawing and computer files on a regular basis.
- Take accurate and detailed briefs from Account Managers, Project Managers & Customers where required.

Key Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities
- Take Customer briefs through the Salesperson in your team.
- Prepare accurate space plan drawings.
- Organize and produce sample boards for tenders and quotations if required.
- Assist our Sales team in presentations, tenders, quoting, raising Sales Order using Salesforce, SAP Business One [SAPB1] and others.
- Complete product take offs of plans, purchase orders and spreadsheets using the stamp confirming accurate take offs have been completed.
- Complete rendered drawings where required.
- Prepare accurate Product Lists including softwiring components.
- Provide timely and accurate quotations, draft sales orders and update Salesforce & SAP Business One daily.
- Prepare service, job & project details to clean order level to handover to Account Managers & Projects Managers ready for execution.
- Conform to processes and guidelines set by WorkArena.
- Prepare product spreadsheets illustrating accurate product quantities for quotation and clean sales orders.
- Complete works in Autocad & Revit Bim360
- Possess the ability to continually improve and grow within the business.
- Strong ability to use excel, outlook and other applications.
- Ability to get along with all kinds of people from all walks of life.
- Work with external resources to gain quotations and manage the resource to ensure the works are completed, accurately & completely.
Accountability
- To respond quickly and accurately to External and Internal Customers’ needs
- To provide accurate drawings and products lists, quotations and sales orders.
- To provide appropriate design solutions
- Involvement with the Companies procedures and policies
- Ensure all price lists for each supplier is up to date and accurate.

You will be working in a team environment. You will need to be energetic and enthusiastic. Autocad is essential and other software required in the industry, but WorkArena will provide on the job training. Experience & knowledge with Salesforce CRM and SAP Business One would be well received.
