About the role
We are looking for a talented Events Stylist to join the team at The Grounds. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for conceptualising and executing visually stunning event experiences that captivate our clients and guests.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and translate it into cohesive and visually striking event designs
- Sourcing and curating styling elements, furniture, and other materials to bring event concepts to life
- Overseeing the set-up and styling of events, ensuring attention to detail and a seamless execution
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in event styling and design
- Providing creative input and recommendations to enhance the overall event experience
- Managing event styling budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions
- Collaborating with the wider events team to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach
Key Requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event styling or a related field
- A keen eye for design, colour, and aesthetic trends
- Excellent creative problem-solving and conceptualisation skills
- Strong project management and organisational abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and the events team
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Full availability weekends / public holidays is essential

Renumeration: $70,000 – $80,000 per year
