Description
Saphrouge Designs is seeking an energetic and talented Interior Design student or graduate for subcontracted projects.
This position works under close supervision of the Director /senior interior designer.
Receiving specific and detailed instructions regarding projects. Performs work efforts in a timely and complete manner. Takes the initiative to either work out or research a work effort. Understands his/her capabilities and when to seek help from mentors. Has skills in performing renderings and other design type functions.
Each project will be discussed in detail with the director prior to start date of scope of works.
Key Requirements
Has a strong understanding of AutoCAD, Sketchup, Maxwell Render, Photoshop, Illustrator & Revit. Qualified candidates should exhibit strong organisational, conceptual design, and good oral and written communication skills.
* Must be pursuing an Advanced Interior Design degree
* Candidate should have experience in REVIT, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
* Digital and traditional rendering abilities and graphic experience a plus
* Preferably LEED AP and knowledge of sustainable design principles.
Candidates should also possess a positive attitude, an outstanding work ethic and be team-oriented.
