Role Overview:
We're seeking a creative and skilled Freelance 3D Designer & Interior Visualizer who can both design commercial hospitality spaces and develop high-quality 3D renders of them. Using 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and the Adobe Creative Suite, you'll play a central role in shaping the look and feel of unique hospitality interiors, delivering photorealistic concepts that stand out in presentations and pitch decks.
This is a remote, project-based role where you'll be paid upon project completion via invoicing.
What You’ll Do:
- Design interior spaces for bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and other hospitality venues
- Build and develop detailed 3D models of your concepts using 3ds Max
- Create highly realistic renders using Corona Renderer, showcasing materials, lighting, and ambience
- Incorporate branding, signage, and graphic layouts using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign
- Collaborate remotely to interpret briefs and develop cohesive visual stories
- Deliver clean, organized files and meet agreed-upon deadlines
Key Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Advanced skills in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio with both interior design concepts and 3D renders (bonus if hospitality-focused)
- Experience creating full design concepts in addition to visualizations
- Strong understanding of materials, textures, lighting, and mood
- Self-organized, detail-driven, and experienced working freelance/remotely
- Ability to invoice per project on completion
Preferred (but not required):
- Prior experience designing or visualizing bar, restaurant, or retail spaces
- Knowledge of architectural layout or commercial interior standards
- Animation or walk-through experience in 3D environments
