ANSA Homes have an exciting NEW position for a talented Interior Designer to join our high performing team.
Reporting to the New Homes Colour Manager, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on External and Internal selections for our client's homes and assisting with our External Vendor appointments, while ensuring all communication with customers is accurately noted and entered into our system in a timely manner. Also assisting with design concept, schemes and styling for our 5 new display homes.
This role requires an organised, self-motivated individual with excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers are greeted and provided with a positive and memorable experience. Ideally, you will hold a tertiary qualification in Interior Design (or be currently studying) with relevant experience working in a face-to-face customer service role.
THE ROLE:
As our new Colour Consultant, you’ll assist our current interior designer in:
1. Conducting showroom tours
2. Booking colour meetings
3. Carry out Colour Selection appointments assisting clients through the inclusions and colour options available for their new home.
4. Assisting with Display Homes
5. Liaising with External Vendors and Suppliers
Key Requirements
THE SUPERSTARS MUST HAVE SKILLS:
1. A degree in interior design (bachelor, diploma or certificate)
2. Passionate about interior design
3. Strong attention to detail
4. A bubbly, enthusiastic personality
5. Great customer service / interpersonal skills
6. Fast learner
7. Skills in 3D design software is beneficial
8. Intermediate Microsoft WORD, EXCEL & OUTLOOK computer skills
