About the Role
 
As an Interior Designer & Furniture Specialist, you will play a key role within our studio, creating beautifully considered, highly functional residential spaces that reflect each client’s unique lifestyle.

We specialise in crafting dream homes that are deeply tailored to our clients—balancing aesthetics, functionality, budget, and spatial requirements with precision and care.

In this role, you will guide clients through a deeply considered design journey, building trust and confidence as you translate their vision into refined, highly resolved interiors. You will bring a strong design sensibility, technical capability, and meticulous attention to detail, working collaboratively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
 

Key Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Design & Project Leadership

  • Lead client engagement and discovery to understand lifestyle, vision, and spatial requirements
  • Develop and own conceptual design direction across projects in collaboration with the Creative Director
  • Create and oversee spatial planning, layouts, and furniture schemes
  • Ensure all documentation accurately reflects design intent for construction
  • Resolve design challenges with clear, efficient, and considered solutions
  • Conduct site visits and provide design management during construction
  • Coordinate with consultants, certifiers, and council (DA/CDC where required)
  • Balance design brief, budget, timelines, and client expectations across all stages

Furniture, Styling & FF&E

  • Lead furniture and styling direction across all projects
  • Develop furniture scopes, selections, and budgets aligned with design intent and margin targets
  • Deliver clear and compelling client presentations
  • Curate layered, refined interiors through considered materiality and proportion
  • Source and procure furniture, finishes, and décor from local and international suppliers
  • Maintain and grow supplier
