Due to growth in the Australian market we are now seeking a Lead Design and Trade Manager for our Alexandria Showroom.
Role Description
This is a full-time Hybrid role responsible for
- Personal individual Sales budget
- Develop Trade growth plan for the company in conjunction with senior management
- Monitor the Trade team pipeline across the Eastern states.
- Liaise with Architect and Design market to expand business to business opportunities.
- Conduct Trade Events in line with company guidelines
- Coach and support the Design team on design projects and provide ongoing training where required
- Taking initial briefs from clients and creating visualisation in renders and mood board designs, utilising company software and tools
- Collaborate effectively with management to achieve company goals.
- Provide leadership in delivering company objectives for Showroom presentation, range and merchandising.
- Assist HR with recruitment of Designers.
