Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert design consultation to clients, helping them select the perfect marble and stone products for their projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and builders to drive sales and promote our product offerings.
- Prepare and manage quotations for stone benchtops and other marble products, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in kitchen design, materials, and finishes to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries, both in-person and via phone/email, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the showroom, including general administration tasks, processing orders, and managing product displays.
Key Requirements
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in interior design, particularly with kitchen design and stone materials.
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans and elevation drawings.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen materials and the latest design trends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport and understanding client needs.
- Experience in sales and the ability to work towards sales targets.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
