About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Internal Sales Consultant to join our Sydney showroom.

You will be responsible for managing enquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and supporting both clients and the wider sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound enquiries (phone, email, showroom) with professionalism and urgency
  • Prepare accurate quotes and process sales orders efficiently
  • Assist customers with product selection, finishes, and specifications
  • Coordinate closely with customer support, and the operations team
  • Support external sales reps with project and account requirements
  • Follow up on quotes and convert opportunities into orders
  • Maintain accurate records within our ERP system

Key Requirements

  • Experience in internal sales, sales support, or customer service
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy is critical in this role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
