Description
We are looking for a highly motivated person to take on the interior renovation showroom administration & Sales assistant role with a friendly company running in Northern beaches for 28 years.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in both showroom operations and sales is required.
Office all-rounder with a can-do attitude and mature approach
Strong conversational and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
Preferred skills for
- Knowledge of marketing tools and platforms
- Script, shoot, and edit videos tailored for different social media platforms (Instagram Reels, Facebook Stories, Pinterest Idea Pins, etc.).
- Research and incorporate trending video formats, sounds, and editing styles.
- Design & create social media content to produce visually appealing posts, videos, and stories.
- Planning content calendars and schedule, publishing, and monitoring posts across platforms. (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook & Linkedin)
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Assist in planning and executing organic social media campaigns and promotions, while monitoring and optimizing performance
Minimum availability of 20-30 hours per week is required.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Saturday availability (9-3pm) (negotiable)
- Saturday availability is preferred.
