Our in-house team (including Estimator, Designers, Project Managers and Tradesmen) have the technical knowledge, experience and capacity required to lead clients through the renovation process from start to finish, without the stress. Our “One stop shop” approach to renovating streamlines the whole process, making a much more enjoyable experience for our clients. Our services include, Design advice (including Joinery design and material selection), access to our Willoughby showroom (which has an array of product and materials to select from under one roof) and of course the execution of the renovation by our qualified Project managers and tradesman.
About the role
An exciting new opportunity has come about for a junior-mid level designer with a keen interest in Interior Design and/or looking to gain knowledge/experience within the building industry. The main role (to start with) will be to aid the senior designer in day-to-day operations including greeting walk ins/answering phones, data entry, material selection assistance, stock control, and general showroom duties. Once established, the right candidate will take on their own clients and deliver a full design service for Renopack renovation clients. This will include Kitchen design, bathroom design, laundry design, custom joinery design and aiding the client in material selections; as well as quoting/calculating any associated variations to contract. Applicants must have great attention to detail, customer service skills and be able to work as a part of a team.

Skills and experience
Applicants must have a good knowledge of excel and formulas, competent computer skills and ability to learn new systems. Must be comfortable dealing with clients and suppliers. In this role you will need to be organised and have attention to detail. Some design experience preferred, however not essential.
