We are seeking an individual with a desire to work in a creative environment, has a passion for design and strives to provide exceptional customer/people experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Front of house/ reception management
- Greet and direct all clients, suppliers and guests
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and enquiries
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail/packages and couriers
- Scheduling studio meetings and appointments.
- Meeting room management incl. set-up/pack-down, catering, coffee orders etc.
- Maintain kitchen, stationery and printer supplies throughout the day
- Preparing, printing, scanning, filing and binding of documents
- Compiling paperwork for credit cards and expense claims for finance
- Communicate and assist with building and equipment maintenance.
- Assistance with studio meetings, Friday night talks, social and industry events.
- Security pass register maintenance
- Archive management
- Desk booking assistance
- Researching and booking travel arrangements as required
- General ad-hoc duties as required
Key Requirements
Experience:
- Prior experience with reception, administration and/or customer service
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe software
- Professional phone manner
- Professional presentation as a front of house representative
- Motivated, punctual and prompt to act on requests
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Attention to detail
Work hours:
- 7:30am - 4:30pm - Monday - Friday
