What You’ll Do:
As part of the Showroom team in Alexandria you’ll use your expert knowledge to support customers with their product selections as they begin to design their dream kitchen.
- Warmly greet customers and create an inspiring experience
- Identify customer needs and guide them through our product offerings
- Confidently present features and benefits, igniting excitement
- Generate leads and book appointments for our talented design team
- Build genuine rapport with customers, ensuring a positive and sales experience

Key Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in retail sales, ideally within the design or home improvement industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build relationships
- A passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectation
Renumeration: Base + Commissions - OTE Up to $85K
