We specialise in marble, granite, quartzite, and other luxurious stone varieties, providing our clients with exceptional quality and service. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Job Overview:

As a sales consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive excellent service throughout their journey with us. You will assist clients with inquiries via phone and email, provide product information, and ensure a smooth experience for customers from the initial contact through to their purchase. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for providing top-tier service in a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed product information and guidance on stone slabs, including material properties, finishes, and applications.
  • Assist clients with pricing inquiries, availability, and order details.
  • Schedule appointments for customers to view stone slabs and assist with selection and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
  • Ensure the showroom and online communication reflect the luxury standards of the brand.
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues with empathy and efficiency, maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Other administrative tasks as required.

Key Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury retail or design-related environment.
  • Familiarity with natural stone (e.g., marble, granite, quartzite) is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Must be available to work on Saturdays.
