Description
This position involves managing and marketing our exclusive range of luxury rugs and carpets to VIP clients, architects, and interior designers. You will be responsible for:
- Leveraging your existing relationships within the A&D sector to introduce our brand.
- Expanding our client base through strategic networking and engagement.
- Representing our studio with professionalism and creativity.
- Participating in domestic and occasional international travel to support brand growth.

Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience engaging with architecture and design studios in Sydney.
Maintains a network of professional relationships that can support a smooth transition into the luxury interiors industry.
Is passionate about design, fashion, and architecture.
Is commercially minded and enjoys building strong client relationships.
Work Arrangement
- Start Date: Mid-January 2026, with in-house training provided before the industry reactivates in February.
- Flexible Options: If your circumstances require an earlier start, we’re open to negotiating a casual or part-time arrangement with adjusted remuneration leading up to January.
- Employment Type: Full-time or part-time, depending on your availability and experience.
Remuneration
Salary will be negotiated based on experience, with opportunities for growth as you gain industry knowledge and demonstrate sales performance. $70,000 – $100,000 per year
