Description
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and professional Sales Consultant to join our Moore Park team.
This role is ideal for someone who loves interior design, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering a premium in-store experience.
You’ll guide customers through the process of choosing and customising their furniture, from fabric and timber selection to final design details — helping them bring their vision to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers in the showroom and provide exceptional service from first greeting to final sale
- Assist clients in selecting and customising furniture to suit their needs and style
- Develop strong product knowledge across our Australian-made range and imported brands (IMG & H2)
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer enquiries and leads
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s success
- Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
Key Requirements
About You
- Previous experience in furniture, design, or premium retail sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using POS or CRM systems (training provided)
- Warm, professional, and customer-focused
- Passion for interiors, design, and helping clients create their dream spaces
