BOYAC is an Australian distributor of textiles and interior products from many of the world’s most revered and sought-after fabric houses. With a global stable of brands across textiles, wallpaper and lighting, and leading-edge accessories for interior decoration, BOYAC offers exciting solutions for residential and commercial spaces.
We are now looking for a full-time sales consultant with a knowledge of textiles to work in our Woollahra showroom. This position would be working closely with interior designers, building relationships with our clientele and assisting the State Sales Manager in achieving the sales targets.
Key tasks:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of specification clients
- Respond to inbound product inquiries, sampling, and quoting
- Proactively identify and reach out to new clients and dormant accounts
- Provide tailored, knowledgeable advice on Boyac's collections
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual product presentations
- Log and maintain detailed activity in CRM (Hubspot)
- Collaborate with the showroom team to ensure seamless client servicing
Key Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Time management efficiency with an ability to multitask between clients in the showroom, responding to phone call and email enquiries quickly
- Strong customer service and ability to build authentic, strong client relationships
- Organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Available to work 5 days a week 9am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)
