We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic team player who is happy to go the extra mile to continuously exceed our customers' expectations, by

  • Providing Product information, Colour & Interior Design advice and Samples to our customers;
  • Follow up on sales leads & interact with the Caesarstone Sales Team

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 1 year experience in a retail environment, and

  • Possess a friendly, positive attitude with excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
  • Be confident in dealing with a diverse group of clients (consumers, designers, architects, stonemasons);
  • Be immaculately presented, highly organised, neat & tidy;
  • Be a team player and have the ability to work unsupervised;
  • Be experienced in Consultative Selling in Customer Service/Customer facing roles in a retail environment;
  • Have at least basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as CRM;
  • Have a background or at least very keen interest in Interior Design.
  • Must be available to work Saturdays and Mondays.
