About the Role

In our boutique showroom, you’ll add incredible value through:

  • Greet and welcome customers into the showroom and showcase the range of stone slabs and tiles to an audience of architects, designers and high end retail clients.
  • Ask appropriate and relevant questions to customers to understand their tastes, styles, ideas, budget, and timelines to provide a tailored selection of natural stone products
  • Liaise with the project stakeholders on samples, quotes and lead times in order to provide specific, relevant, and up to date information on the product.
  • Follow up with customers by calling them and gaining commitment they'll put the stone on hold through a deposit.
  • Coordinating the payment and collection of stone with relevant trades such as builders and stonemasons
  • Ensure the showroom is immaculately presented at all times, including replenishing brochures, restocking items, and tidying.

About You

  • You may be a recent interior design graduate or an aspiring designer eager to dive into the industry. Your passion for design extends beyond the classroom, evident in your constant room rearrangements and penchant for trend-spotting on Pinterest.
  • Your innate curiosity and empathetic nature make you a natural fit for client interaction. Building connections and understanding your clients' unique preferences are second nature to you.
  • Organised and reliable, you thrive on structure and efficiency. Whether it's through meticulous planning or utilising productivity tools, you consistently deliver results on time, every time.

To be successful in this role, we’d love you to bring:

  • Experience in customer service or sales
