About the Role:
As our Showroom Consultant, you'll lead the Hettich Showroom experience, based in Waterloo, build relationships with architects, designers, Kitchen & Bathroom retailers, builders, key customers, and support sales growth. Your expertise will help showcase our products, deliver features & benefits training, generate leads, and collaborate on exciting promotional events.
What We Offer:
Salary: $65k–$75k (depending on experience) plus bonus.
Hours: 38/week, (Monday to Friday)

Key Requirements
What You Need:
Proven experience in showroom consulting
Strong relationship-building skills
Event planning experience with attention to detail
Some familiarity with social media platforms & interest in AI
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the showroom experience
Ensure our Showroom is clean, well maintained and organised
Develop key relationships through showroom visits, events
Provide basic product feature & benefit training and assist in creating hardware specifications
Generate sales leads
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop promotional activities and events
Manage projects and maintain CRM records
Support the sales team
