The Opportunity
We’re looking for a passionate Showroom Consultant to be the face of our Momo showroom in Paddington. Our customer base includes end users, architects, interior designers, builders and cabinet makers. You’ll help these customers bring their design visions to life, providing exceptional service, product expertise, and a memorable showroom experience.
Hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Expected Start Date: January 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers throughout their showroom visit, ensuring a premium experience
- Build lasting relationships while maximising sales opportunities
- Maintain a well-presented, inspiring showroom environment
- Provide tailored product recommendations and solutions
- Follow up with customers post-visit to ensure satisfaction
- Manage administrative tasks including customer records and sales documentation
- Support showroom events and campaigns (occasional after-hours or interstate events may apply)
- Collaborate with the wider Furnware team to support customer service and business development initiatives

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Experience or qualifications in interior design or a related field will be highly regarded
