About the role
This is a customer-facing Showroom Consultant role focused on guiding clients through design-led product selections. You'll work in a supportive, professional environment where training is provided and commission is uncapped. No direct industry experience is required - attitude and people skills are key.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a high level of customer service to walk-in and existing clients
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and builders
- Guide customers through product selections with confidence
- Manage enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
- Maintain showroom presentation and standards
- Prospecting will be minimal initially and increase over time
Key Requirements
Skills & experience
- Background in retail, hospitality, or customer service (not industry-specific)
- Interior design students or graduates encouraged to apply!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature-minded, reliable, and professional
- Driver's licence preferred but not essential
