This role is an integral part of the journey for the customer, where your exceptional customer engagement skills will be imperative.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Develop and maintain relationships with a focus on the customer's vision.
- Work across a 7-day roster.
- Be proud to maintain your showroom professionally at all times.
- No designing involved – your customers will be supported by other team members for the actual design work.
Key Requirements

- A customer-centric approach.
- Professional presentation and manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Active listening skills.
- Experience in approaching customers in a retail environment.
- Must be available on a 7 day roster.
- Previous retail experience would be an advantage.
