Elliott Clarke is seeking a passionate Showroom Consultant to join our dynamic textiles team in our Rushcutters Bay showroom. This full-time role will see you providing exceptional customer service and product expertise to interior designers, architects, and homeowners. You'll play a key part in showcasing our premium textile collections and supporting the growth of our retail business.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting customers in-person and over the phone to understand their design needs and recommend the perfect textile solutions
- Maintaining an extensive knowledge of our product range, including fabric specifications, care instructions, and application guidance
- Providing exceptional customer service to build strong relationships with both new and returning customers
- Accurately processing sales transactions and managing showroom inventory
- Collaborating with the wider team to contribute to the overall success of the showroom
- Ensuring the showroom is always presented to the highest standard
Key Requirements
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the interior design or home furnishings industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers
- Exceptional product knowledge and a keen eye for detail
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
- Passion for design and the ability to confidently discuss and recommend textile solutions
