About the Role:
Join our team as a Showroom Sales Consultant in Waterloo, where you’ll provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with product selection, and drive showroom sales.

Key Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases, offering expert advice.
  • Meet and exceed sales KPIs.
  • Maintain a welcoming and visually appealing showroom.
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Process transactions and customer details accurately.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Availability to work Tuesday - Saturday
  • Sales or retail experience (building/architectural market preferred).
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude with excellent communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferred).

Renumeration:  $60000-70000
