About the Role:
Join our team as a Showroom Sales Consultant in Waterloo, where you’ll provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with product selection, and drive showroom sales.
Key Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases, offering expert advice.
- Meet and exceed sales KPIs.
- Maintain a welcoming and visually appealing showroom.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Process transactions and customer details accurately.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Availability to work Tuesday - Saturday
- Sales or retail experience (building/architectural market preferred).
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude with excellent communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferred).
Renumeration: $60000-70000
