About the RoleThis is a showroom-based sales role (Tuesday to Saturday) where you will be working directly with clients to guide them through product selections and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in clients, designers, and trade customers in the showroom
- Provide expert advice on high-end bathroom and interior products
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business
- Conduct outbound calls and outreach to generate leads and book showroom appointments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare quotes and follow up on leads
- Work towards and exceed sales targets
- Maintain showroom presentation to a premium standard
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in retail or showroom sales (bathroom, tiles, interiors or similar essential)
- Confident in proactive sales, including cold outreach and lead generation
- Background or strong interest in interior design, architecture, or a creative field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
- Well-presented with a professional approach
