Description

TileCloud is an online tile brand shaking up the renovation industry with a hassle- free, design-led buying experience. We are seeking a full-time team member to join our Showroom crew, helping customers make tile and tapware selections for their new build or renovation. Day to day you will provide excellent customer service, offering product knowledge, processing sales and payments, measuring customer plans, and creating quotes.

Founded by passionate renovators, we’re committed to making buying tiles easy, fun and inspiring. The ideal candidate is someone with strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and is obsessed with making customers happy.

About the role

  • Host our customers during their visit to our flagship Showroom. Work independently and as part of a cohesive team to ensure first-class customer service.
  • Provide design guidance and assist clients in making tile selections for their new build or renovation.
  • Measure customers' plans and create quotes.
  • Process sales and take payments.
  • Create visual merchandising displays and assist with maintaining the Showroom.
  • Identify areas to improve overall customer experience and sales effectiveness across all channels.
  • Full-time 5 days per week, Tuesday - Saturday.

Key Requirements

About you

  • You bring a positive energy and enthusiasm to every interaction
  • You are a pleaser by nature, and love to make people feel confident in their design decisions
  • Experience in Customer Service or Retail Sales
  • Knowledge of tile products and applications preferred but not required
  • Ability to receive coaching and feedback with curiosity and respect
  • Exceptional communication skills, and the sophistication to build relationships with clients
  • You have a high attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • You thrive in faced-paced, social environments.
  • Must be available on Saturday's.
