Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging social media campaigns to enhance brand presence.
• Create high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and copy, tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok and others.
• Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the team to align marketing strategies with business goals and market trends.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• EDM strategy to cater for our large database
• Guidance from a Social Media expert

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media marketing, particularly within the real estate or related industry.
• Strong content creation skills, with proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A keen eye for detail and creativity in delivering compelling content.
