Description
We are hiring a creative and strategic social media & Content Creator Executive to lead our social media efforts, manage our online presence, and engage with our community. This role is key in building brand awareness, driving traffic, and boosting engagement across social media platforms.
In this role, you will generate diverse, on-brand content with a focus on executing weekly media campaigns directed by the Marketing Manager. You will also adapt existing content for online platforms, manage social media assets, and handle email marketing campaigns for our new vertical. Additionally, you will oversee content creation in our showroom and during off-site photoshoots.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a passion for interiors and homewares, and strong design skills within the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. Effective problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills are essential. You should also have a passion for leveraging social media platforms and creative design to enhance brand visibility, engage with our audience, and drive business growth.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Content Creation
- Develop, create, and manage engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest.
- Produce high-quality graphics, videos, and written content that align with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Develop the social media calendar across all platforms to support marketing.

- Collaborating with PR to develop an influencer and creator marketing plan to build brand awareness and support user generated content.
Design
- Create visually appealing and on-brand assets for social media, EDMs, ads, and in-store collateral.
- Design engaging and cohesive visuals that enhance our brand’s presence across various platforms.
- Ensure all design work aligns with our marketing strategies and resonates with our target audience.
Social Media Management
- Oversee and manage all social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and voice.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and best practice to ensure maximum reach and engagement and suggest content formats and processes to evolve each channel.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights to the marketing team.
- Use data to inform and improve future social media strategies and content creation.
Key Requirements
Skills and experience:
- 1-2 years’ experience in adobe design and content creation.
- Exceptional attention to detail that allows you to write with a consistent band tone of voice.
- An analytical thinker with experience of using social media to drive engagement and follower growth.
- Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest’s newest features, as well as formats popular on the platforms.
- Experience working with social media scheduling and planning tools such as Planoly, Loomly, Klaviyo.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator to craft visually appealing content for social media posts and marketing materials.
- Experience with photography and videography equipment, as well as editing software, to generate high-quality visual content tailored for social media platforms.
- Proficiency in creating Instagram reels and TikTok content, both within the apps and utilising external editing software.
- Great organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
