Our client, a distinguished name in the design and architectural industry, boasts a remarkable portfolio in both the residential and commercial sectors. Their Eastern Suburbs office is home to some of the most creative and innovative talent, and they are seeking a Studio Coordinator to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative and passionate group, providing vital support to the Director and General Manager ensuring the smooth running of the office as a whole.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- First point of contact for new clients
- Daily calendar and email management
- Provide support to the GM and Director
- Prepare proposals using Adobe InDesign
- Travel coordination for site visits (AU & overseas)
- Manage catering, stationary, and kitchen supply orders
- Help Director and designers with sample library and any documentation that needs to be filed, posted, requested or collated
- Support the design team with sourcing, sampling or any other duties
- HR coordination (including recruitment, onboarding, and leave management)
- Coordination of team activities, including Christmas parties and employee recognition milestones
- Ad hoc admin as requested
Key Requirements
Must have:
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- 4+ years of experience in a similar capacity (e.g., Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrative Assistant)
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience with Adobe InDesign
- Proactive mindset; always taking initiative and anticipating needs
- Witty personality, with a good sense of humour and an extroverted nature
While experience in architecture, design, or a related field is beneficial, it is not required. The team is young, vibrant, and creative, seeking someone eager to contribute and collaborate.
Renumeration: $80,000 – $87,000 per year + super
