We work closely with architects, interior designers, developers and design-focused clients to deliver exceptional lighting outcomes across residential and commercial projects.

We are seeking a Showroom Sales Consultant to join our Sydney team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for design who enjoys working in a client-focused environment and is motivated by achieving results.

About the Role

As a Showroom Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for clients visiting our Sydney showroom. You will guide customers through our product offering, provide expert advice, and help translate design ideas into lighting solutions.

You will work with architects, interior designers, builders and retail clients, building strong relationships and contributing to sales growth within the showroom.

This role suits someone who enjoys combining design, sales and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients visiting the showroom
  • Provide guidance on lighting solutions for residential and commercial projects
  • Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders and end users
  • Identify sales opportunities and contribute to achieving showroom sales targets
  • Prepare quotations and follow up leads
  • Maintain showroom presentation to a high standard
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and project teams
  • Stay up to date with current design trends and product knowledge

Key Requirements

Must Have

  • A genuine passion for design, interiors or architecture
  • A sales-driven mindset with strong motivation to achieve results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presentation and attention to detail
  • A positive, proactive attitude
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and industry professionals

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience in lighting
  • Experience in sales or retail sales
  • Background in interior design, architecture or related field
  • Experience working with design professionals
  • Experience preparing quotations or managing client enquiries

Full product training will be provided.
