Description
Our Sol Studio and Head Office will be based in Waitara and will feature quality suppliers and the latest in trending designs.
This is a part-time position– preferably 3 days per week, and the days are flexible. There may be the occasional Saturday work depending on Customer’s availability.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Guide customers through their colour selection appointment and assist them in creating beautiful homes and granny flats
- Complete documentation relating to colour selections and variations and coordinate clients sign off
- Be prepared for every appointment and reading all documentation regarding to clients’ jobs
- Ensure all follow up commitments/selections to the customer are within agreed time frames to ensure that selections are finalised at the earliest possible time
- Liaise with suppliers and other departments regarding specification and colour selection queries
- Liaise with external suppliers to ensure Sol Studio is up to date with all marketing material and samples
- Provide an above average level of customer service – we want this experience to be awesome for our clients!
Key Requirements
You would be best suited to this role if:
- You are a self-starter who is passionate about interior design
- You are comfortable in customer service and understand how important the colour selection journey is to the building process
- You are confident in liaising with our external suppliers
- You keep up to date with design trends and colours and know how to interior design a space
- You are happy to work in a team and autonomously
