B&D Homes Group is a family-owned builder and designer based on Sydney’s North Shore. Known for its collaborative approach, the team delivers thoughtfully designed and beautifully built homes shaped by lifestyle, functionality, and long-term quality. Every project is approached with care, attention to detail, and a focus on creating timeless residential outcomes.
We are now looking for an Interior Designer to support the team.
Key Requirements
Type of support required:
- Assisting with Revit documentation
- Interior elevations and sections
- Joinery detailing
- 3D views, renderings, and visualisations to help communicate design intent
(AutoCAD and/or Photoshop experience also welcome)
Time commitment:
- Project-based, with scope and deliverables agreed upfront
- Engagement to commence in early February
- Work can be completed flexibly to suit the candidate’s availability, with the aim of completing the agreed scope within approximately two months
Duration:
- Short-term support for this project, with potential for ongoing work on future renovation and new build projects
Location:
- Project located in South Turramurra
- Majority of work can be done remotely, with occasional in-person meetings or site visits if desired
Compensation:
- Lump-sum, project-based fee (modest and negotiable depending on experience and scope)
- Fee to be agreed upfront once deliverables are defined, to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties
Opportunity:
This is a hands-on opportunity to work closely with a builder and interior designer on a real-life luxury residential project, gain exposure to the full design and construction process, and produce strong portfolio material.
