Rococo Bebe is a luxury baby furniture and nursery brand based in Edmondson Park, Sydney. We are looking for a creative and capable Interior Stylist or Interior Designer to assist with styling our showroom, nursery displays, photoshoots, and brand content.
We are seeking someone with a strong eye for detail, genuine creative vision, and the confidence to take ownership of a styling project from concept through to completion. The ideal candidate will be able to understand our brand aesthetic, develop ideas, source suitable products, and bring a complete space together with minimal direction.
The role may include:
- Developing styling concepts and mood boards for nursery displays and photoshoots
- Styling complete nursery settings around our cots and furniture collections
- Sourcing furniture, décor, soft furnishings, lighting, artwork, and styling accessories
- Researching suppliers and presenting suitable options within an agreed budget
- Preparing the showroom and product sets ahead of photoshoots and customer appointments
- Coordinating styling details and ensuring each space is visually complete and photo-ready
- Assisting with colour palettes, finishes, fabrics, and product presentation
- Interpreting Rococo Bébé’s French-inspired identity across a variety of nursery styles, including French Provincial, classic European, contemporary, and refined modern interiors
Key Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous hands-on experience in interior styling, interior design, visual merchandising, or photoshoot styling
- Has a strong portfolio demonstrating completed spaces and a refined design eye
- Can work independently, take initiative, and confidently make recommendations
- Is organised, reliable and able to manage sourcing and preparation deadlines
- Understands scale, colour, texture, balance and how a room will translate in photography
- Has access to a car and can travel to our Edmondson Park showroom and local suppliers when required
- Has experience using design or mood-board software
This role would suit an experienced graduate or junior-to-mid-level creative who is ready to take ownership of projects. Final-year students may also be considered if they have a strong portfolio and relevant practical experience.
The position will initially be casual and project-based, with the potential for ongoing work as the brand grows.
