On-site Stylist

About the Role

As an On-Site Property Stylist, you will be responsible for transforming properties into beautifully styled spaces that showcase their full potential. Working closely with our Operations, Warehouse and Styling teams, you will bring each design brief to life by creating functional, cohesive and visually striking interiors that align with our brand and our clients' expectations.

This is a hands-on role that combines creativity with organisation, requiring confident on-site decision-making, excellent time management and a strong eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

Styling & Installation

• Interpret and execute styling briefs to achieve the desired design outcome.
• Create furniture and accessory layouts that maximise the property's appeal and functionality.
• Style properties using furniture, artwork and accessories while making creative decisions on-site where required.
• Work alongside the logistics team during loading and unloading to ensure the correct furniture, artwork and accessories are prepared for each installation.
• Ensure every installation is completed efficiently while maintaining exceptional presentation standards.
• Maintain a high level of creativity, consistency and attention to detail across every project.

Project Administration & Documentation

• Complete project checklists and maintain accurate records within Trello.
• Upload installation photographs upon completion.
• Record any damaged, dirty or worn items requiring attention.
• Document property-specific notes, access information and installation instructions.

Property & Client Care

• Collect, manage and return property keys safely.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and real estate agents while on-site.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Made Property Styling brand at all times.

Quality Control

• Inspect furniture, artwork and accessories before installation to ensure they meet presentation standards.
• Clean and prepare styling items where required.
• Ensure all styling items are positioned safely and presented to the highest standard.
• Identify and report any damaged or missing stock.

Warehouse Support

• Prepare, pack and organise artwork, accessories and soft furnishings for upcoming installations.
• Unpack, clean and return artwork and accessories following removals.
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient styling area within the warehouse.

Marketing Support

• Capture installation photographs and content when requested for use across the company's marketing channels.
• Assist in showcasing completed projects while maintaining client confidentiality.

Health & Safety

• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures in both the warehouse and on-site.
• Handle furniture, artwork and accessories safely and responsibly.
