About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Property Stylist to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for design, and enjoys creating beautiful, market-ready interiors.
As an Onsite Stylist, you will be responsible for leading the installation team, executing styling concepts, and ensuring every property is presented to the highest standard. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving outstanding styling outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate onsite property styling installations.
- Style residential properties to a premium standard using company furniture, artwork, and accessories.
- Make confident styling decisions on-site to achieve the best presentation outcome for each property.
- Problem-solve effectively when faced with site constraints, delivery issues, or changing client requirements.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and within scheduled timeframes.
- Take direction from senior leadership while contributing creative ideas and styling solutions.
- Represent the company professionally at all times and uphold brand standards.
Key Requirements
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Minimum 9 months' experience in residential property styling, interior styling, visual merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, colour, scale, texture, and spatial planning.
- Excellent styling and creative skills with a refined design eye.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Decisive and confident when making styling recommendations and onsite decisions.
- Positive attitude with a proactive and team-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to take direction and implement feedback effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide the onsite team.
- Reliable, organised, and highly detail-oriented.
- Qualification in Interior Design.
- Experience leading installation teams.
- Current driver's licence.
