Description
They are looking for an ambitious and motivated candidates to join their team in the fast-paced window furnishing industry, providing excellent customer service to Architects and Interior Designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Client visits providing extensive advice and support on their window furnishing needs
- Booking appointments and in-showroom consults
- Prepare accurate check measuring and professional quotes
- Manage and grow existing relationships with Architects, Interior Designers and Building professionals
- Assist the National Sales Manager in getting appropriate product samples to Architecture and Interiors studios
- Review and record sale opportunities and tenders
- Coordinate projects and ensure invoices are processed accordingly using Pronto (CRM Software)
Key Requirements
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service, administration, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fast learner with strong work ethic
- Full driver's license and own vehicle
- High level of self-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
