If you're looking to build a long-term career, this successful window furnishing specialist based in North Sydney has an excellent opportunity on offer. With just under 20 people, there is great tenure within the team and a really positive working culture.

They are looking for an ambitious and motivated candidates to join their team in the fast-paced window furnishing industry, providing excellent customer service to Architects and Interior Designers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client visits providing extensive advice and support on their window furnishing needs
  • Booking appointments and in-showroom consults
  • Prepare accurate check measuring and professional quotes
  • Manage and grow existing relationships with Architects, Interior Designers and Building professionals
  • Assist the National Sales Manager in getting appropriate product samples to Architecture and Interiors studios
  • Review and record sale opportunities and tenders
  • Coordinate projects and ensure invoices are processed accordingly using Pronto (CRM Software)

Key Requirements

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service, administration, or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fast learner with strong work ethic
  • Full driver's license and own vehicle
  • High level of self-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
