Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in the St Peters showroom. The Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth, and staying informed about market trends. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with customers, providing product expertise, managing sales processes, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or client relationship management
  • Ability to analyse market trends and identify new sales opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of furniture and homewares, or a passion for interior design, is a plus
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
