About the role
Sales Consultant at Sydney Tap and Bathroomware, a boutique, family-owned showroom in Mascot. You'll work closely with customers, helping them design beautiful, functional bathrooms using a consultative approach with genuine advice and great service.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome walk-in customers and guide them with warmth and professionalism
- Take a consultative approach — listening, advising, and building trust
- Prepare quotes and manage orders using showroom systems
- Learn about premium product ranges and become a trusted expert
- Keep the showroom organised, stylish, and customer-ready
- Collaborate with a supportive, people-focused team
Key Requirements
About you
- Previous retail or showroom experience (bathrooms, interiors, homewares, or renovation-related)
- Strong customer service skills and a consultative approach
- Approachable, professional, and confident without being pushy
- Comfortable using computer systems for quotes and orders
- Enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and helping people achieve their design goals
- Willingness to learn and grow in a creative, boutique environment
