To realise our vision we need a Stylist who can style and craft visually captivating editorial and video content for our customers to inspire and imagine products in their spaces.
Reporting into our Head of Studio you will work closely with our incredible team who work on styling our beautiful online and offline campaigns. You'll play a key role in designing aspirational room sets, styling furniture and homewares, daily studio operations and collaborate with our editorial and marketing teams.

- Devise interior concepts, present your ideas and style furniture within room sets that you build within our in-house studio
- Managing daily setup, execution, and concept development of photo shoots
- Organising and maintaining props, backdrops, and studio areas, ensuring safety and cleanliness always adhering to studio WHS standards
- Collaborating with Buying, Styling and Marketing departments to align with merchandising, brand vision and product advertising alignment
- Communicating effectively with studio teams and photographers to ensure efficient process and shot delivery
- Creating editorial content and present on-camera for inspiring social media and web & App content
- Maintaining and processing sample stock, ensuring proper labelling, photography, and return to suppliers
- Mentoring interns and assistants, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment
What you already have
- Must have extensive and showcased experience working in studio and furniture styling, coupled with a robust flair for crafting visually captivating arrangements within a studio setting
- You bring at least two years of experience as a lead stylist in publishing, agency, or retail environments
- Highly desirable if you hold a tertiary qualification in styling, interior design, or visual merchandising, setting the foundation for your creative journey
- Showcase your talent with a strong portfolio demonstrating prowess in photographic interiors styling and decoration (part of the application process)
- Communicate styling plans and set designs with clarity and creativity
- Possess a keen eye for developing innovative concepts, compositions, and executing them with finesse
- Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and problem-solving abilities in creative projects, shoot production, and management
- Thrive in fast-paced settings, juggling multiple shoots while consistently delivering high-quality results
- Experience in social media content creation is an added bonus, amplifying your stylistic influence
