Description
The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience working with architectural or interior design products. The position is Monday to Friday, based in Sydney's inner west.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and greet clients in the showroom and assist with product demonstrations and selections
- Answer and direct phone calls and email enquiry's
- Ensure the showroom is maintained to a high standard and presentable at all times
- Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure all client needs are met
- Assist with sample labelling and presentation
- Arrange freight/couriers
- Book all appointments for the showroom and sales team
- Ensure the showroom is running smoothly on a day-to-day basis
Key Requirements
Skills and experience
- Prior experience working with luxury goods or high-end A&D product
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport
- Excellent presentation and communication, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and organized
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Proactive with a natural willingness to help
Renumeration: $60,000 – $70,000 per year + Super
