The Role
We are looking for a confident and organised Operations and Admin Manager to support our directors and design team while keeping our projects and systems running smoothly.
This role will see you:
Manage client enquiries and ensure clear, warm communication
Maintain our CRM and project tracking systems
Book appointments and manage calendars with care
Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders to keep communication flowing
Assist with project administration and document management
Support directors in day-to-day operations while refining and improving systems
Build the foundation for future team expansion as the studio grows
Key Requirements
About You
You will thrive in this role if you:

Have excellent client-facing and communication skills
Are proactive, organised and enjoy improving systems
Have prior experience in administration, reception or as an executive or personal assistant
Have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Are comfortable working in a small business environment and taking initiative
Bring warmth and professionalism to client interactions
Have experience in architecture, design or construction (ideal but not essential)

Renumeration: $25 – $35 per hour
Requirements
Previous admin, reception or EA/PA experience
Confident with CRMs, scheduling and managing workflows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Australian working rights
