We're Life Interiors – one of Australia's most exciting design-led furniture and interiors brands – and we're looking for a Trade Sales Consultant to join our Sydney Trade & Commercial team.

If you've got an eye for style, a head for sales, and thrive in fast-paced, design-savvy environments, this could be your dream role.

What you'll be doing (aka why your job will never be boring):

  • Connecting with trade and commercial clients across email, phone, and face-to-face chats
  • Using our systems (NetSuite + Kustomer) to manage client pipelines like a pro
  • Bringing design visions to life through styling advice, spatial planning, and moodboard-worthy presentations
  • Owning the client journey end-to-end – from first hello to final delivery
  • Problem-solving, negotiating, and turning tricky moments into win-win outcomes
  • Building and growing lasting relationships in the design and architecture community
  • Hitting your KPIs, smashing your targets, and spotting new opportunities to grow accounts
  • Being a brand ambassador for Life Interiors and keeping the bar high for customer experience

Key Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • A qualification in Interior Design or a related field (you speak the language of design)
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in furniture, interiors, or similar
  • A confident communicator who builds trust and rapport naturally
  • Organised, detail-focused, and unflappable when things get busy
  • A proactive, go-getter mindset – you love targets and thrive on results
  • Experience with CRM/ERP tools and an openness to learn more
  • A team player who brings positive energy and a collaborative approach
