STUDIO COORDINATOR

We are seeking an exceptionally organised and highly capable Studio Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our boutique interior design studio.

This role is integral to the seamless running of the studio, providing thoughtful coordination across projects, client communications, supplier liaison, administration, and internal systems. Working closely with the design team, the Studio Coordinator will help ensure projects and studio operations are managed with efficiency, precision, and care.

The ideal candidate will bring a calm, proactive, and polished approach, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts within a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and key milestones across multiple projects
  • Manage client communication, meeting coordination, and studio correspondence
  • Support new project enquiries, onboarding, and administrative setup
  • Assist with workflow management and day-to-day studio operations
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding quotes, lead times, orders, and sample coordination
  • Support invoicing, budget tracking, and general project administration
  • Maintain studio documentation, templates, and internal standards
  • Oversee file management, reporting, and project-related updates
  • Provide operational support to the wider team across all stages of a project
  • Assist with external coordination between suppliers, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Help uphold the efficiency, organisation, and presentation of the studio environment

 

 

Key Requirements

About You

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and naturally efficient
  • A clear and confident communicator with a professional and polished manner
  • Able to manage competing priorities with discretion, composure, and initiative
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident working autonomously
  • Comfortable supporting both the creative and operational sides of a studio
  • Experienced in a design, interiors, architecture, or similarly fast-paced project environment
  • Deeply reliable, collaborative, and committed to high standards of execution

LOCATION: Castle Hill

FULL TIME ROLE - In Studio Only

MONDAY - FRIDAY 8.30AM - 5PM
