Requirements:
In this hybrid role, you will combine customer engagement with design expertise to deliver an exceptional client experience.
As a showroom consultant, you’ll be expected to deliver exceptional customer service guiding them through the process of their renovation and provide them with expert advice on our large range of products used for kitchen, laundry and bathroom renovations.
Beyond consultation, you will translate these ideas into accurate and detailed design documentation, producing both concept visuals and technical CAD drawings that bring the project to life. From the initial design stage through to manufacturing you will play an integral part in supporting our clients, working closely with a team
Key Requirements
Skills/qualifications:
- Demonstrates a strong interest in design.
- Proven customer service experience with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Cabinet vision experience preferable.
- Strong product knowledge across kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, and interior finishes; appreciation for high-quality materials and fittings
- Keen eye for detail, great organization, and strong communication skills—key for seamless collaboration across teams
- ABN preferred.
