About the Role
Zure is Australia’s fastest-growing online renovation retailer — transforming everyday homes into affordable luxury. We’re looking for a passionate and organised Customer Experience & Sales Executive to be the key point of contact for our customers and trade partners. You’ll manage inbound enquiries, follow up with trade clients, handle after-sales issues, and help grow customer satisfaction while meeting monthly sales KPIs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes pride in problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound sales enquiries (phone, email, online and showroom visits).
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with trade and high value customers — follow up on quotes and potential orders.
 - Manage after-sales service, liaising with suppliers and logistics teams to resolve customer issues.
 - Achieve and exceed monthly sales and service KPIs.
 - Create and maintain a comprehensive customer service FAQ database.
 - Follow up with customers post-renovation to collect images, videos, and testimonials for marketing.
 - Provide feedback to management on customer insights and opportunities for improvement.
 
Key Requirements
About You
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
 - Previous experience in the bathroom, renovation, or building industry is highly valued.
 - Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management (preferably in retail, interiors, or e-commerce).
 - Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
 - Confident using ticketing, CRM systems and online communication tools.
 - A proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple tasks at once.
 - A genuine interest in interior design, renovation, or home improvement.
