The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our vibrant and dynamic team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, exceptional sales expertise, and outstanding interpersonal skills. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your ability to build lasting relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions will be crucial in promoting Fanuli’s values, products, and brands. You will play an integral part in maintaining our reputation for excellence in customer service, helping to elevate the overall brand experience for both new and returning clients.
Key Requirements
Your Attributes and Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a high-end or design-focused environment.
- Strong passion for the design industry with up-to-date knowledge of trends and products.
- Self-motivated with the ability to quickly absorb product knowledge and demonstrate expertise.
- Experience with high-end design/retail products and exceptional communication skills..
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with retail clients and enhance our design consultation service.
- Skilled in client outreach and appointment setting to drive repeat business.
- A proactive approach to up-selling and cross-selling to contribute to business growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, offering support to colleagues and sharing industry insights to enhance overall team performance.
- Proficient in computer systems, including CRM, order management, and inventory tracking.
- Full time (or Part-Time, minimum of three days per week, incl. weekend)
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar sales or customer service role.
- One day of weekend work required
- Strong resourcefulness with exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Professional, articulate, and well-presented at all times.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- As this is a career role you must have PR or be an Australian citizen
- Valid driver’s licence
